RAILVIS.com Welcomes Kinga Pataki as Operations Manager

RAILVIS.com is pleased to welcome Kinga Pataki, who joined the company on 1st February 2026 as Operations Manager, with responsibility for Freight Rates and Operations. She is based in Bucharest, Romania.

Kinga brings extensive experience in the rail freight and logistics sector, having held senior operational and commercial roles across international forwarding and rail operations. Most recently, she worked as Rail Operations Manager at MVC Services Project Management in Bucharest, where she was responsible for planning and coordinating rail operations, monitoring performance, managing customer relations, and ensuring cost-efficient service delivery.

Prior to that, she gained hands-on experience in both operations and sales roles, including organizing international rail transport solutions such as China–Europe container trains via the Middle Corridor. Her background also includes long-term experience at Transfer International Spedition and Barexim, where she managed international railway forwarding, key accounts, supplier negotiations, and operational teams.

In addition to her operational expertise, Kinga has a strong background in quality management and process optimization, supported by certifications and many years of experience in improving service performance and efficiency. She speaks Hungarian (native), Romanian (native), English (advanced), and German (intermediate), which supports her work across international markets.

At RAILVIS.com, Kinga is responsible for coordinating operations, managing freight rates, supporting commercial activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, operators, and partners. Her experience strengthens the company’s ability to deliver efficient and reliable services across the European rail freight market.
