RAILVIS.com membership with VPI organisation
RAILVIS.com is now a member of VPI organisation in Hamburg, Germany, which is one of the most important organisations for wagon owners, wagon rental companies and wagon repair workshops in Europe.
VPI represents rail industry concerns in the political and public sphere. As an association, VPI works with numerous committees on rail freight transport.The VPI represents the interests of private owners of freight wagons in Germany and ensures good technical, legal and operational framework conditions in rail freight transport.
VPI goals are to improve framework conditions for rail freight transport, free use of private freight wagons nationally and internationally rail competitiveness, balanced safety and environmental policy in the railway sector and de-bureaucratization of the state railway administration.
